Our care is rooted in prevention, early intervention, and understanding how oral health connects to breathing, sleep, optimal nutrition, and growth. 

Guiding the child’s natural development, supporting the body’s terrain and ability to heal, and treating the root causes rather than reacting to each symptom. 

This approach allows us to default to the least invasive and most natural plan when possible. 

Most importantly, we offer a completely judgment- free opportunity to have a real conversation. Our goals are to align with our patients and support them in the decision-making where the true risks and benefits are clear.

Currently Dr. Mike Mackay’s Office

After 25 years in practice, Dr. Mackay is trusting Dr. Manson to take over his practice in August of 2026. What an honor!

We specialize in all things pediatric dentistry, and use our functional lens in everything we do. In order to achieve this, we rely on a team of like-minded practitioners including Primary Care MDs and DOs/Pediatricians, ENTs, Myofunctional Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists,  Oral-Motor/ Feeding Specialists, Pediatric Occupational therapists, Naturopaths, Chiropractors, Cranial-Sacral Therapists, , and many more.
